What you’re paying for

Ministerial line items. Never a “document-prep” fee.

Jurably’s work is administrative: we record, mail, notarize, and track. So your price is built from real, ministerial costs — each one shown as its own line, at cost where it’s a pass-through.

01

County recording

Paid to the county clerk at cost — itemized and shown before you confirm.

02

Certified mail

USPS certified mail with return receipt to the property owner.

03

Notary

Remote online notarization, or a dispatched notary if you choose one.

04

Handling

Jurably’s administrative work: intake, secure transmittal, and status tracking.

Jurably is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. County and third-party fees are passed through at cost; you choose, complete, and sign your own documents.

Billing FAQ

Straightforward billing

When am I charged?

Once, at checkout, after you’ve verified every field yourself. Nothing is filed or mailed until payment clears.

Are government fees included?

County recording fees are ministerial pass-throughs — itemized at cost and shown before you confirm. You’ll never see a vague “document preparation” charge.

What does the flat price cover?

Recording, certified mail, notary coordination, and Jurably’s handling — each listed as its own line item so you can see exactly where every dollar goes.

Do you charge subscriptions or monthly fees?

No. You pay per filing. No memberships, no retainers, and no surprise renewals — a renewal only happens when you click to renew.

What if a county rejects my filing?

If a filing bounces for something on our end, we correct and re-submit at no additional handling cost. If it truly can’t be recorded, we refund Jurably’s handling fee.

Is the bundle price locked?

Yes. File + Release locks today’s price for both the filing and the later release, so clearing the memo costs nothing extra when your deal wraps.
