What if the signer isn’t home or declines?
We attempt the signing in your scheduled window and report back with what happened. If the signer isn’t available or chooses not to sign, we’ll tell you exactly where it stands — no signature is ever forced.
Is the signing agent a notary?
Only if you add the notary option. When you do, we dispatch a commissioned notary so the signature and the notarization both happen on one visit.
Can you record the document afterward?
Yes. If the signed document needs to hit the county — like a memorandum or a release — we transmit it for filing or recording and track it to a recorded instrument number.
